If you’re looking for a knife for use with gloves you’ve come to the right place.
There are a large number of great folding knives out there with different types of opening mechanisms.
The problem with many of then is that they are fairly easy to open with an un-gloved hand but a total different story if you’re wearing gloves.
You may be wearing gloves because It’s a cold winters day, painting the house, fixing the car or doing the plumbing all occasions where it would be nice to have a knife for use with gloves.
The main issue is that the little studs, holes or thumb nicks are not that accessible while wearing gloves. This is where the Honey Badger Flipper comes into its own.
The small flipper lever has a little jimping (small grooves) on it so that even with a gloved hand the silky smooth ball bearings in the pivot make it still easy to open as can be seen below.
